A unique organic wine made from at least 200 grape varieties. This makes this white wine an incredible blend where the versatile aromas of all these grape varieties merge into a composition with hints of a ripe fruit basket, rose water, and exotic fruits. Sweet spiciness is linked to tight minerality and tension with a beautiful freshness. The scents in the glass constantly change as this wine breathes. This is because the different grape varieties release their nuances at different temperatures.
There is no second wine like this in the world, and each vintage is unique.
Serve with:
I wouldn't serve this wine with a dish due to its extreme complexity, but rather open it to truly enjoy and try to discover the scents and flavors with friends. Serve at temperatures between 14 and 18 degrees Celsius. And taste this wine over several days as the scents and flavors evolve.
Storage:
This wine will further evolve in the cellar. Drinking it young will bring out the fruity character. A mature version will bring out more complex aromas. Each vintage will also produce a slightly different result.

These 200 grape varieties are harvested together but at different stages as not every variety ripens at the same pace. Once all grapes are harvested, the juice is brought together. Recognition:
This wine producer chooses not to participate in many wine competitions. However, it is worth mentioning that Weingut Leth is mentioned in "Hugh Johnson's Wine Guide" and in "Larousse Wine Encyclopedia" as one of the better producers in the region. In Falstaff, this wine received 92/100.
