Wines can be returned up to 14 days after receipt by sending an email to info@uwsommelier.be with your name and order number mentioned. The wines must be returned in their original condition and unopened, in the box in which the wines were delivered. The purchase amount of the returned wines will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after the purchase has been cancelled, to the bank account. You may assess the wines, as reasonably possible in a store. Therefore, we cannot credit the purchase amount of opened bottles. If you wish to return wines, please contact info@uwsommelier.be. After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including any delivery costs for the outward journey, within 14 days back using the same payment method you used for the transaction, unless we agree on another method. For returning the products, you have two options: 1. Return the wines free of charge at the location of our storage: Moerbeekstraat 67 in Zulte. This location is open on weekdays between 09.00 and 12.00 and between 13.00 and 16.00. If you opt for self-return at this address, please let us know. Then we will ensure they are informed. 2.
