When will my order be delivered or ready for pickup?
Most wines are in stock and can be picked up or shipped immediately. The estimated delivery time is 7 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. Since sales occur via the webshop, in-store, and by email, the stock displayed on the website may not always be accurate.
2% discount if you pick up yourself:
We encourage local trade and offer a 2% discount on all pickups (except for special promotions or orders not placed via the webshop). This discount is automatically applied when you choose pickup. We will send you an email to arrange a pickup time.

If your order is below these amounts, shipping costs apply:
- Belgium: up to 6 bottles €12.5, more bottles €17.5 incl. VAT
- Netherlands: up to 6 bottles €16, more bottles €21 incl. VAT
- Germany: up to 6 bottles €19, more bottles €24 incl. VAT
- France: up to 6 bottles €26.5, more bottles €31.5 incl. VAT
- Italy: up to 6 bottles €45.5, more bottles €50.5 incl. VAT
We ask you to order in multiples of 6 bottles. This is not mandatory, but ensures optimal packaging. We use insured DPD shipping boxes for 1-3-6-12 or 18 bottles. For example, if you order 13 bottles, we will ask you to adjust your order.
How does shipping via DPD work?
We process your order and you will receive an email notification about the delivery. If the first delivery attempt fails, a second attempt is made. You can always contact the courier to arrange a delivery time via the email received. You will always receive an email to track your delivery.
What if the delivery fails?
Bottles are always delivered to the address provided in the order. DPD will always send an email to notify you. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or uncollected parcels at the pickup point, the boxes will be returned to us. If you want another delivery attempt, shipping costs will be applied regardless of order value.
Extra information about special wine boxes, wooden crates, unusual packaging:
Some packages, such as wine crates, cannot be safely shipped via couriers due to high risk of breakage. Crates may be opened to safely ship the wines. If possible, the top wooden plank is sent with the crate. For wine cases, possibilities will be considered. Wines are never shipped in unsafe or uninsured ways. This restriction does not apply if you live within 25 km.
