Babich winery sauvignon blanc - reference of New Zealand

Sauvignon Blanc is a specialty of New Zealand. A beautiful golden yellow wine in the glass. On the nose, gooseberry, apple, spices, and tropical fruit leap from the glass. On the palate, a delightful taste of gooseberry, melon, with a spicy and fresh note. This wine has a lovely long mineral finish.

Serve with:
Excellent with oysters, seafood, asparagus, and grilled white meat! Serve at 12 degrees. Best to open 45 minutes in advance.

Storage:
This wine is delicious now but can also be stored for 5-7 years.
