Brilliant pink color with purple reflections. Aromatic nose of persistent English candy, long in the mouth. Notes of stewed fruit and crushed red fruit. Fresh and aromatic on the palate.
Belles du Sud is one of the product lines of Domaines Auriol. The name Belles du Sud is, as the label indicates, inspired by a characteristic architectural element of the Languedoc, namely the three Gratiens decorated with an amphora or fruit basket that adorn the fountain in the main squares of many towns and villages. All Belles du Sud wines are single varietal wines. They are characterized by their fruity nature, making them ideal as house wines.

Additional Information:
Grape Varieties: This rosé wine is a blend of Syrah (70%) and Grenache (30%). The exact ratio is determined during tasting before bottling.
Terroir: Vineyard located on the edge of the Mediterranean coast, area of Béziers. It benefits from a warm and dry climate that promotes the aromatic development of the grapes during ripening, allowing for the production of a range of wines with varied profiles.
Viticulture: Great care is taken in vineyard management and grape health. The vines are pruned in cordon de Royat and Guyot. Irrigation allows management of the ripeness and balance of the wines.
Winemaking: Mechanical harvesting, destemming, and direct pressing on a pneumatic press in a protected atmosphere. Fermentation takes place gently at low temperature of 12-16°C for about 15 days. Part of the lees is reintegrated at the end of vinification to ensure balance and aromas.
