Description
An elegant, clear ruby-red wine in the glass with a fresh and inviting nose. You immediately notice the ripe, fruity aromas of cherries and red summer fruits, subtly interwoven with light spicy notes and soft spices – typical of a well-made Pinot Noir from the warm southern climate. On the palate, this Pinot is dry, light-bodied but well-balanced, with lively fruity-red cherry flavors, a touch of earth, and delicate tannins that provide a smooth structure. The finish is friendly and persistent, making it accessible to a wide audience.
3.9/5 Vivino (not an official benchmark, only 38 reviews)
Serving suggestions:
- Poultry and light meat dishes
- Pasta dishes with tomato sauce
- Mild cheeses and charcuterie
The refreshing red fruit and soft tannins complement simple but flavorful dishes. Serve at a temperature of 16–18 degrees.
Storage:
This wine will not evolve further but can certainly spend a few years in your cellar. I would recommend a maximum of 4–5 years.

The wine is produced by Les Vignerons du Narbonnais in Ouveillan, near the city of Narbonne. A cooperative founded in 1936 consisting of 330 winegrowers collectively cultivating over 1,500 hectares of vineyards. Not only does the ideal Mediterranean climate play a role, but also substantial investments and the latest technological developments allow these Narbonne winemakers to get the maximum out of their terroir.

With a patchwork of soil types and framed by beautiful mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, the region resembles a brilliant and multicolored jewel where a treasure of different interesting wine styles is produced.
This wine is a new wine created in the spirit of Chardonnay, which is very popular.
