Description
An impressive Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a deep ruby-red colour and garnet reflections. The nose is expressive and complex, offering aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries and plums, followed by spicy notes of thyme, garrigue, bay leaf, black pepper and a subtle hint of liquorice. On the palate, this is a dry, powerful yet elegant wine with excellent concentration and ripe, velvety tannins. The finish is long, warm and harmonious, with lingering spicy nuances. This wine shows great ageing potential and will continue to evolve gracefully, developing tertiary aromas such as leather, tobacco and cocoa over time. A Châteauneuf-du-Pape that rightfully receives excellent reviews. Tip: avoid serving too warm to preserve freshness and finesse.

Additional information:
The vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape are planted on iconic soils composed of rolled pebbles, sand and clay, which store heat during the day and release it at night, ensuring optimal ripeness. This cuvée is mainly based on Grenache, complemented by Syrah and Mourvèdre. Vinification combines traditional methods with modern techniques to preserve fruit purity, balance and terroir expression. Part of the ageing takes place in large oak vats, adding structure and elegance without overpowering the wine.
