Description

Color: light yellow, with a delicate mousse of fine dancing bubbles in your glass. In the nose: intense and refined, with aromas of honey and acacia combined with subtle notes of candied citrus fruits. As for the taste: beautiful harmony, excellent balance between sweet and sour. The aromas in the nose reappear in the long and persistent finish. A good alternative to much more expensive Champagne.


Serving with:
A beautiful aperitif, but also pairs well with light appetizers.

Storage:
This crémant is not meant for aging. It will remain good for about 3 years.

The resting period sur lattes for the Prima Perla is a minimum of 14 months. This wine is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin, 10% Pinot Noir, and 10% Mauzac. Fun fact: for this appellation, a minimum of 50% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir, and 10% Mauzac applies.

42 municipalities were defined as an allowed wine region. The alcohol percentage must be at least 11% for still wines and 10% for sparkling wines. The yield may not exceed 50 hectoliters per hectare.
