The Bandina Valpolicella Superiore is the Single Vineyard wine of the winery. Characterized by its intense ruby red color with purple edges, fruity aromas, and intense notes of cherries and ripe raspberries. On the palate, it is characterized by its freshness and rounded character with the typical balsamic notes of the terroir on which the winery's vineyards extend: licorice, mint, graphite, quinine. The flavors are typical of Valpolicella Superiore: red fruit, licorice, tobacco, and cedarwood. Soft and warm, a structured, balanced, and exceptional wine with a very long finish.
Serve with:
Perfect pairing with grilled meats but also try it with turkey or a leg of lamb.
Storage:
Aging potential of 20 years for this wine, but it's advisable to taste it occasionally. It should maintain its power, otherwise, it might become too overwhelming.
