The Castellane Rosé is light pink in color. Floral aromas with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and red berries. Refined taste, soft mousse, and a lingering finish. A well-balanced blend of the three champagne grapes (35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier) of which about 15% reserve wine is added to achieve the same refined taste every year. This Champagne has been aged on lees for 24 months.

A great match during meals, the Brut will pair well with simple dishes and will also enhance refined dishes.
Additionally, it is also an ideal aperitif for a party, reception, or whenever you feel like it. This pairs very well with a piece of pan-fried salmon with a light sauce.
