A traditional fine Cava at a pleasant price, what more could one want. The aromatic palette consists of citrus fruits, ripe melon, peach, with a slight hint of brioche (scent of baked bread), indicating good aging in the bottle. A beautiful golden shimmer in appearance, and in the mouth, this Cava is fresh and elegant with an excellent finish. 

Serving:
Serve between 6-8° Celsius. This Cava is a great opener for a reception or just to celebrate with a bottle. This Cava is not intended for aging. Enjoy it optimally when young.

Cava is a Spanish D.O. that extends across several regions in Spain. 90% of Cava production, including this one, comes from the Penedes region, located just west of Barcelona, considered the quality area for Cavas.

Castellblanch is one of the oldest Cava producers in Penedès. The house has a wide range of Cavas. Cava is always made using the traditional method (like Champagne) and has a minimum bottle aging of 9 months. A true Cava can be recognized by the four-pointed star on the cork. The grapes that must be used are the indigenous varieties: xarello, macabeo, and parellada.

Castellblanc began its life in 1908, founded by the Parera family and developed by its successors, always striving to bring the art of sparkling wine production to the glass. Initially located in the center of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, it moved to the outskirts of the city in the late seventies due to an increase in demand. Castellblanc is one of the oldest wineries producing Cava and is a pioneer in the use of new technologies in production processes.

Xarello (60%): provides structure and body, Macabeo (30%): a fairly neutral smooth grape, Parellada (10%): freshness to the wine
