Description

As for color, we have a beautiful golden hue with a slight green touch in the glass. On the nose, tropical fruits such as pineapple, banana, passion fruit, and apricot. Additionally, vanilla and wood from the 9-month barrel aging. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, creamy, rich wine—a true Argentinian classic. The finish is long and complex, with an excellent balance between the fruit and the wood. No less than 10,000 people rate this wine on Vivino with a score of 4.3 out of 5.

 4.3/5 Vivino

Serve with:
Pink salmon, seafood, omelet, chicken pie, grilled pork, chicken and vegetable cannelloni, white asparagus with raw ham and egg, rice with chicken, spicy cow cheeses like Gruyère.
Storage:
This wine is ready to drink now but will keep for up to 5 years. It is not a wine that will evolve much further.

Additional information:

Rutini Wines is a renowned winery in Argentina, founded in 1885 by Italian immigrant Felipe Rutini. The winery is located in the Uco Valley, Mendoza wine region, and produces a wide range of wines, including Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc.

Rutini Wines is known for its high-quality wines and innovative production methods. It was one of the first wineries in Argentina to use stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels for wine production. The winery has also won numerous awards, including "Best Argentine Wine Producer" at the International Wine & Spirit Competition.
The state-of-the-art cellar maintains controlled temperature and humidity, storing approximately 6,500 barrels at all times. The facility almost exclusively uses French oak barrels, where their wines rest until they achieve their best characteristics, destined for various styles and quality levels. The barrels are supplied by different cooperages, reflecting the forests and climates of their origins in France.
In 1925, Rutini Wines introduced Argentina's first Malbec wine, which quickly became popular and remains one of the country's iconic wines. Since then, the winery has produced many other award-winning wines and is one of Argentina's most respected and celebrated wine producers.
