A beautiful light salmon-colored rosé wine. In the nose, clear scents of red berries, especially strawberries but also flowers and cherries. In the mouth, a dry and fresh rosé yet with a beautiful elegance. The only downside to this wine is that the bottle will quickly be empty. Be sure to also read the description of the winemaker on the back of the bottle. After drinking, you can use this bottle as a water bottle thanks to the Vinolock closure.
Serving:
Great to drink on its own but equally good with seafood or another light dish such as charcuterie or a summer salad. Grilled fish or a simple Belgian BBQ would also be a good match. It can also be served as an aperitif where fried snacks will shine. Due to its soft rosé character, it can also accompany an oriental lightly spicy dish. Serve between 10-12°C to unleash its full aromatic potential.
Storage:
Enjoying it young is optimal. Keep for max 2-3 years.
Additional information:

Jean d'Alibert was appointed abbot of Caunes-Minervois by King Henri IV in 1598. Abbot Jean d'Alibert had an original entrepreneurial activity, both for the monastery and for the region's economy. It was he who made the marble quarry of Caunes Minervois known, the most beautiful pieces of which adorn the main monuments of the world (Italy, Versailles, Arabian Peninsula). Abbot Jean d'Alibert allowed the global influence of local products, and we continue to do this by exporting the wine from our terroir all over the world.
